anxious for no reason

This is my 1st post with this new account. I really need to share my feeling. Can't put it out on major social media.
Today I feel anxious 2 times. During lunch time and the 2nd was an hour ago. I cried my eye out,,, I really need to talk with someone, but can't afford to go to professional. This social distancing really killing me inside.
Before this pandemic whenever I felt anxious I will go out, distracting myself by going to the mall, theatre, traditional market, or just strolling around. Now I cant do that because of this pandemic.
I sell felt craft for living and during this time The sell not enough to support my monthly need.
I dont have family. Only have 2 close friends and they're away in their hometown now.
Im really scared. For no reason. Or may be there's a reason that Im not aware of.
Im so scared because the thought of finishing mylife sometimes crossing my mind.
I dont know why I came here and make this post,

I'm so sorry life is so hard for you at the moment. You might be able to find some coping strategies online if you can't find professional help. Try to think just one day at a time. Keep yourself as busy as possible. Maybe keep to a routine. Do you want to learn a new language? Duolingo is free and it would make you concentrate on something other than feeling so scared. I realise this may not help and that's okay. Keep writing here as interacting with others will be helpful too. Wishing you all the best.

Thank you. I just woke up and promise myself to think positive today and make mysef busy. I dont want to give up. I want to survive.

@JustEsther I see. I hope your government has a plan to give financial support for those who are greatly affected by this lockdown.
Maybe tonight, think of at least 5 things that you should be grateful for today. Even the tiniest thing that you should be thankful for.
What's happening right now Is just temporary.

Have talked with one of my friend this morning. I'm more calm now. I'm trying to make mysef busy and productive. I'm from Indonesia.

This answer will probably be of no use to you at all, but try to join groups on Facebook (which You probably already have) Join fun groups that will get your mind off of things. Also, something is keeping you from ending your life, that’s what you shoulet concentrate on, because it’s keeping you on earth. I only sort of understand what you are going through, but not completely. I decided to respond on the off chance it would help,but it probably doesn’t. In fact, I may have just made things worse. I hope I didn’t,but I’m not very good at helping people. I usually try to help but end up digging them into the ground.

My friend, I can absolutely feel your agony and anxiety. I don't know what I would have done in your place. Meanwhile, you can keep in touch with mylotters . We are a friendly lot and surely someone could aid you. I am hoping that you feel better soon. I am forwarding this discussion to other mylotters so that they can see this post quickly.

I am sorry to hear that. I have been feeling the same way for the past few days. But giving up isn't an option. Just relax and take some deep breaths.

I feel anxious at times, and it is better to keep busy to take your mind off whatever is worrying you. However this is not easy when we are not allowed to do much these days. Keep reading the discussions on myLot , they will keep you amused for a while.
