As a person who deals with terrible insomnia, I totally understand. I have set myself a "bed" time because I realized the time where I actually do get tired and I also put on White noise such as Rain videos to actually relax me. I have done this for over a year and it is very effective.

These days I take long to go to sleep in the night. And the struggle really drives me crazy

I sleep too much during the day and I really should stop because I have a hard time getting my eyes to stay closed. Here’s a trick that usually works for me, find the most boring video or story you can, bore yourself to sleep. It works better than asmr (though that will work too, maybe not as well though)

You have a toothache from taking a pill? What kind of pill are you taking? You may be entitled to compensation.

Well, I never used to have insomnia but now that I'm older it has become an issue. I don't fight it, I just get up and do something until I feel tired. It's usually im the middle of the night too.

Every night, without fail? Probably something you should be doing some so,e research on, because there is something wrong, that should not be happening. I’d say go to a specialist, but that’s not really possible at the moment.

Basic work out in the evening for 45 minutes and light diet helps. Avoid smoking and tea intake in the late evenings.

I sometimes have nights when I cannot sleep and I always feel terrible the next day. Sometimes the lack of sleep will give me a headache.
