Last night I cried alot, feeling lonely. My heart felt heavy. I came here and made my 1st post to release my stress. I'm thankful for the warm welcome you guys gave me. Today I feel better, the anxiety still come and go but I make myself busy like some of you suggest me. I try to be more positive. Thank you everyone.
3 weeeks ago I planted some passion fruit seeds, I thought they won't grow because it's been 3 weeks and I almost forget about them.
Today I saw 3 tiny sprouts. They make it, not all of them but iit's perfect. As if they told me that I can grow too. It won't be easy and will take time but if Inkeep pushing and focus on positive things, I will make it. I want to live too. I will survive in this difficult times.

Have never seen psychologist. But I'm planning to when this virus pandemic stop I will go see one.

That's all you can do. Just focus on living and trying to see things in a different light. Sometimes the here and now is tough and ugly, and all you can see is the bad of it. I always go back to a story my grandfather told me once. He quit his job at Allis-Chalmers and thought, at the time, it may have been the worst decision and worst thing to happen to him. He eventually got a job at American Motors which changed his life forever and the decision to leave Allis-Chalmers, who eventually went bankrupt, turned out to be one of the BEST decisions of his life.
Glad to see your passion fruit is growing. Cute little sprouts there. Can't wait to get to planting some seeds of my own. Soon.
