I don't think there's too much healthy about what I ate yesterday other than the banana and strawberries. However, I got tons of exercise yesterday, so with all I ate and the outdoor exercise, about 3 miles, I also figured in along with my steps and bicep curls, I think I did okay.
Here is what I ate yesterday and the numbers.
Breakfast - 1 Banana, 1 Slice of Banana Bread, 1 Mug Almond Milk

Snack: Angel Food Cake, Strawberries, Raspberry Kringle, Whipped Cream

Supper - Arby's Greek Gyro

When I learned the park trails were a total of 3 miles round trip, I looked at my son dumbfounded that it was that much. My knees at that point could testify to the workout they received with all the slopes, rocks, bridges, crossing a small ditch, and the stairs. I added the workout to the burned calories and still might be short on all I did yesterday.

All told, I think I did okay. I didn't weigh myself today and probably won't for a few days. How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? The image belongs to me of the ditch I needed to get across. It looks simple, but on these knees, it wasn't.

I ate little enough to satisfy my hunger. Good that you watch out for your food intake. It will help you a lot to have a balance diet. Have a great day

I'm terrible at keeping track of what I eat to be honest most of the time it's whatever is quick and easy also im terrible at resisting cake lol you have done really well and it's good your trying to get some excercise in, I hope you are well
