I miss doing this

Its been a while since the last time I visited the gym and specially now that everywhere is still on lock down absolutely no chance to go for gym.
But I can still make an alternative at home even I can't go out for now.
Dancing and stretching is good too.
Whats yours?How do you keep your self fit during ECQ?

I've never been a member of a gym, but I do miss going out for my morning and afternoon walk. But I am fortunate that we have a treadmill so during the lockdown I have been on that each morning to keep me mobile. I am looking forward to being able to walk in the fresh air.

Keeping oneself fit is must to keep diseases at bay. I prefer walks. Though not going out these days due to lockdown

Where my sister lives in Bermuda she used to go too gym but at two hundred dollars it gets costly now she just walks and does Zumba kick boxing and other exercises from YouTube she has lost three hundred pounds so far she was over five hundred pounds three years ago now she I working towards living a healthier a happier lifestyle.
