There is nothing to it, it just ordinary coffee with a twist, it is easy to make if you have four minutes. It doesn't contain cream.
Ingredients
Instant coffee powder
Hot water
Sugar
Cold Milk
Ice cubes
You need a beater, electronic or manual to make dalgona coffee
Process
To a tall coffee mug add four spoons of instant coffee powder, 4 spoons of sugar and four spoons of hot water. I said four spoons so there is something to whip up.
Now using a beater whip your coffee until the mixture becomes semi-solid and forms stiff peaks. Yes, it needs to. It will happen in 3-4 minutes.
In a glass pile up ice cubes, pour cold milk and decorate it with your stiffly beaten coffee a couple of inches high will be nice.
Now relax and enjoy your coffee, drinking it through a straw makes it more enjoyable.
I just wrote this the moment I saw the responses to my post. So here is to your good health and enjoyment!!!

@sofssu It just seems so wrong. Coffee should be hot and untainted by anything. Even milk is a step too far.
I must admit, last time I was on holiday in Cyprus there were a lot of tourists from other European countries drinking this sort of thing.
It's probably just too cold in the UK for that sort of nonsense

@WorDazza I understand what you mean. I am a die hard fresh ground, freshly brewed steaming hot coffee, but sitting here where it is 36*c I cannot think of drinking anything even lukewarm. Cold, coffee is what I need.
And only coffee because I will have withdrawals if I don't have it.
