J.K Rowling surely knows how to weave magic, I'm also speel bound by the H.P series.
They are more than interesting, and now that the title of the seventh book is out ( Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows ), the intrigue of a grand finale is building up.
Thanks for responding, good day to you.

these days im into novels because our school books is so much boring, i dont know it just dont interest me at all. so i grab novels. detective/spy/crime lab stuff, those are my kind of thing.
Ken Follett is one of my favorite, Nelson Demille, John Grisham and some others.. they're great authors.

Good to know that you read books, but not at the expense of your School books, they are vital too. The authors you have mentioned are top notch writers and our interests in reading are quite a match, I too like Spy, detective sort of stuff.
All the best for your endeavours, bye.

I'm a bit odd, I guess, when it comes to reading. Has to be of a particular interest to me, and usually is non-fiction. It's kinda funny, or weird maybe, but alot of books on my shelf are actually textbooks! I guess I just like information and reference. In fact one book that I really like is just a "book of words". Sort of like a dictionary of uncommon, infrequently used words. My favorite reading from high school, though, was Equus.

Well, interests differ and you surely are no different. Some people don't find the time to read fiction and consider it a waste of time, and invest their time in reading something worthwhile, which is perfectly normal ( But I'd say you'll be missing the creativity of the writer if you don't read fiction, it's a great way of improving one's own creative functions! )
I haven't read Equus, maybe I'll find some time during the term holidays.
Thanks for your reply, good day to you my dear friend!

I enjoy reading legal mysteries and books about the olden times - kind of like Laura Ingalls but on a more adult level LOL

Yes, I too feel he's the authority. But James Patterson too makes his presence felt in this area.
