Is your breakfast complicated?

Many countries around the world eat in different ways. There are extremely simple breakfasts, no fuss, no cooking required. There are also quite elaborate breakfasts, which must be cooked and seasoned to taste for a new day to begin.
I was born in Vietnam, breakfast is usually Pho noodle, Quang noodles, Banh My, starchy foods, and concentrated salty taste with meat and fish for an active morning.
But recently the corona season has happened so I still eat slices of bread, spread yogurt (or maybe peanut butter), and then put bananas on. This breakfast is very fast, compact and convenient, it also keeps my stomach full until noon.
I am also very happy that COVID 19 has stopped in Vietnam, and tomorrow, all citizens and children will go to school, work and follow the personal hygiene order very well to prevent transmission spread the disease
How about you? How is your breakfast in your country?

Breakfast varies here in the Philippines.
It could be as simple as a hot cup of coffee with bread or to something Continental or even Asian.

we have many different "pastes" here (i don't know how to name them in english) so sometimes we just spread it on bread and that's it, sometimes we make eggs or cook "hot dogs", sometimes simply cereal and that's it

I like yogurt with bananas , but I have never tried it on bread. Bananas give us energy so they are good to eat for breakfast.

That's good your country doesn't have to deal with the lockdowns anymore. We usually just eat bread for breakfast as well since its faster and convenient.

Well.. we have adopted the western way of living for a very long time . Usually we have rice eggs, and other viands like hotdogs, sausages or dried fish. Personally though, I prefer to eat some fruits in the morning.

try not to eat fruit which contains vitamin C because the acid will destroy your enzyme in your stomach
