Biting Nails is Not an Option

I am sure some people have this habit of biting their nails when feeling anxious. With this pandemic, it is not an option to do it. Things had changed now and we need to modify or even remove the habit of doing it.
Does it make sense?

Agreed. That's not good. I will listen music and sing songs if I feel anxious. It's really work for me. Although my singing is horrible.
