My husband bought chicken yesterday and it was my time preparing it.
I just marinated the chicken in salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, curd, ginger garlic paste and curd for about half an hour and then fried it with the marination in oil. It surprisingly came out good.
I am thankful that it didn't go waste. Lol

I love chicken curry, it's one of those foods we learned from your country one difference is we put coconut milk instead of curd.

@vsai2008 I pan fry potatoes and carrots set aside. Pan fry the chicken, set aside. In the pan where I fried the chicken, I saute garlic, onion, ginger then add the pan-fried chicken, fish sauce, and curry powder. Add a little water and simmer until chicken is tender. Put in the carrots and potatoes. Simmer for at least 5 min. Add the coconut milk and mix well. Season with salt and pepper or any other seasoning you'd like to add. I add a little bit of sugar just for the taste. I also add chili flakes. Simmer for another 5 mins, then you are done. Coconut milk is optional.
