Grilled Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwich for Dinner

Another hot and humid day today. That calls for a light dinner.
Decided on a grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich for dinner. It was very good.
When you grill the sandwich with a little butter, it is very creamy when you add the peanut butter.
Sometimes I have it with plain white bread and mayo. But today I took a different route.
Nothing else was needed. This sandwich is filling, especially when it is grilled with peanut butter. I always think of Elvis when I have this one. It was his favorite, except he liked bacon added. That would be too much for me.

I'm going to have to try one of those sandwiches one day! I'm planning on a light dinner also. We are late because we had an unexpected drop-in inquiring about hubby's old dulley. I hope this guy takes it home! That would be awesome. So I think we will be having tuna salad sandwiches.
