Health benefits of having seafood everyday

Including seafood in your daily meal will make your meal very nutritious. Salmon and shrimps have very high omega 3 fatty acid which is good for body as well as brain health and 100gms of smoked salmon have 24 gms of protein. Usually i add chopped salmon to my omelete. Do you eat smoked salmon in the breakfast?

Yes sea foods are healthy besides this fresh vegetables are very very healthy..

I dont eat it for breakfast no most of the time I have leftovers from the day before for breakfast.

Here people hardly have non veg in breakfast. I usually have bread butter and milk in breakfast.

Here you mean india?? Yes i understand but in other countries they eat bacon, smokes salmon, cold cuts etc .... Lots of non veg.

I do not like shrimp but I do like salmon. My favorite is tuna sashimi.
