CLASSES OR NO CLASSES

It's really hard to decide. But as a parent, it's hard for me to risk the health of my children. All of the intentions and suggestions of DepEd is really good but there's a lot of things to consider. Not all students can afford to go online, not all students are willing to go out of schools since pandemic still out there and no vaccine yet. This is one of a huge topic of government should focus on to

Yes hear I also have same problem.. If we allow online classes to kids hear is get healthy issues, if we send them to school hear is chance to get virus.. It is very hard thing to take good decision what we do... Hear school saying online classes start from 15 th of this month but only 2 hrs per day..

2 hours per day is probably plenty as they get used to online classes. We jumped right in when the Japanese government closed down schools with our full schedule, and everyone was so exhausted in the first three weeks that our school gave us an extra week of spring break (which we are making up for by extending the school year by a week in the summer).

This is a very tricky part to decide, since both the points have their pros and cons... But I would go for no classes, since risky life is never a good idea...

Here. They have online classes. I hope the government in your country will do something about it soon so those kids can start with their classes without sacrificing safety and health

@Ghrayze1981 You`re right. Continuous learning at home is important while your government is still figuring out how to handle the problem. It`s really hard

They suggested different types of learning for those kids that can afford and cant afford the online classes. However, im really not comfortable on what will be the result. What i advised my kids is that they should keep on learning at home.read books, research on what should be their lessons at least they still have the knowledge with them. Continuous learnjng at home.

My opinion would be to let the students go online. Not all students can afford the internet, so if they receive help and support for their internet needs then thats good. But for those who can't get into online, then its best to wait for the next school year and not enroll their children. Life is important.

Yes. online classes is difficult to implement due practical reasons like poor internet connection, need for a laptop, modem , printer . Many parents can't afford to buy all these gadgets or know how to use them. Sitting for hours infront of the screen is also not good. Kids need personal interaction.

For me, i think for those who can't afford online classes then they should let their kids skip this school year. As we are aware, there are no available vaccine at the moment, so it's not worth the risk.
