I usually forgive, but sometimes it takes a while. It just seems silly to keep harboring a grudge so I forgive. If it is someone close to me I forgive and forget. If it is someone else with whom I don't have much in common, I just move on and forget about them.

Yes I forgive. For the most part, I forgive really easily and forget. There have only been 2 incidences where I have had a hard time with it but I eventually did. I think it is better to forgive and move on. And its less stressful on you when you don't harbor all the bad feelings.

no I am horrible with forgiveness and really, forgiveness is something that is good for you, not so much saying it's "okay" that whomever you are not able to forgive that had hurt you. But I am a grudge holder I admit and I am sure it is a reason why my health is bad and my weight fluctuates. Something I know I will have to work on during the course of my life, or several lives!
