I have nade lots of weird things for lunch and dinner. I finally ate 2 potatoes for lunch (with mayo) and spinach salad. And I ate a big dish with the rest of the spinach in cream for dinner. They were delicious.
But spinach don´t stay long enough in our stomach so I will make an omelet with apple slices, eggs and. After that I´ll add confectioners sugar and I will flambée with rum. I love to see the flames of the rum in the skillet.
What are you having for dinner today?

I had a couple of slices of pizza at work.
Your omelette sounds a bit sweet for my taste and a bit weird but I may give it a go tomorrow at work and see how it tastes
A few months ago we had a strange beakfast request and it was a banana omelette.
Essentially a 3 egg omelette with a mashed up banana beaten into the eggs...never did it before but it smelled amazing cooking and tasted pretty good too

@marguicha try bananas some time.
You just peel it and mash it up in a bowl then sort of whisk it with a fork and it forms a paste.
Then beat it into whisked eggs and cook as normal...not bad.

This is delicious. Make an omelet with thinly sliced apples and beaten eggs. Then you cover it with confectioners sugar, a tablespoon of rum and you lit a match over it Try it.

I don't think I have ever had an apple omelette but I have had something like a cheddar and apple omelette or a dish like that. It was very good. I had an Oriental salad.

@marguicha Yes, I have a good recipe for them. There is also a store here that sells a tray of 6 precooked. All you have to do is heat them up. They are good, but I prefer my recipe.

We had takeout from a local restaurant. I had gnocchi and meatballs. YUM! They are homemade and absolutely delicious.

Now that I have been alone for such a long time I don´t bother with eating as I used to.
