@Mnridwan I am vegetarian so don't eat Eggs also in my family.. Don't know the reason but my parents following this rules so we continue.

Looks strange why one needs to seperate the egg white and put it in the centre. you need atleast 2 egg yokes to accomodate the egg white at the center.
