I have been to different places at different times exactly the same way before.
I have done things exactly the same way repeatedly. . .atleast so I use to think not until I came across an article by a psychologist titled " My Déjà vu "
Wikipedia describes Déjà vu: as the feeling that one has lived through the present situation before.
The phrase translates literally as " already Seen "
Have you ever felt like you have been to certain places in the past at very same spot and you remember having gone through similar experience?
Have you been through similar experience before?

@m_audrey6788not really, It's just kind of a reflex feeling it doesn't happen all the time .
Moreso,from my personal experience it comes when you least expect it's only in the mind I think.
Even when it happens to you eventually don't freak out okay, thanks though for your opinion

Yes, I have had such a feeling now and again.
"Scientists have yet to find a complete explanation for déjà vu, which is French for "already seen," but a popular idea is that the false sensation of familiarity is the result of a failure in the brain's memory system, which resides in the temporal lobe of the brain."

In Miami, Florida, where I grew up, I often experienced déjà vu. But once I started living in other parts of the USA, not so much.

@cmoneyspinner uh oh ! This is quite an experience I must say thanks for sharing . . . But, all in all no one has really been able to tell why this events keeps reoccurring till date , though so many professionals have suggested various reasons,it still doesnt measure up to the real reason it happens. . .there lies the mystery of it all!

60 to 80 percent of people have experienced déjà vu during their lives... so this is a pretty good topic to discuss on myLot. (It's too bad you don't have a larger following on this site or you'd have gotten a lot of money discussing this subject. *shrug* Although, you still could get a lot more people talking to you about it.)
Uhm... if you get the feeling of déjà vu too often, you might think about talking to your doctor about the subject. (I am NOT a medical expert. But I do cross check things people are talking about with medical sites, sometimes. )

@Sambriel You're always welcome.
Uhh... just so you are aware, sometimes people ask me questions when they can't figure out the answers themselves or simply don't feel like trying to figure the answers out themselves. I do the research and give factual answers. (I've been known to ask professionals who work in the field of the question when I am stumped myself, too.)
You'd be welcome to ask questions, as long as you remember that I'm not on myLot nearly as often as I used to be here. You'd still get the answer, it just might take a bit for me to respond to your question(s).
