After 6 years of planting my grafted mango trees, I seen the trees bearing fruits twice.
When I visit my mango trees this morning I seen the fruits hiding on the banana leaves near to the tree.
I pick one of the mango fruit for taste even it is not yet ripe.
It is sour I know but I add some sugar and sauce to taste sweet and sour.
It's a yummy taste I enjoy.
How about you, do you love to taste sweet and sour mango?

I'm acidic so I usually don't eat green mangoes. I like the ripe ones. But I like making mango pickles. I would eat that sometimes paired with fried dishes.

@pitsipeahie, Yes, acidic the green one, but I don't eat much. I will stop if I tasted the sour already. I love the eating the ripe one really and I eat much of it.
