Passions or Strength?

Job is important to our life beside earn money also work will gain your self improvement. If you have option to choose between you will work because that's your passions and you will work because that's your strength, which one do you want to pick?

I know we work to earn money because we need that but sometimes there are correlation between job we applied and capabilities we had. Instance, we earned lot of money because we did a job we love and another one earned lot of money because they job fit with their personality and strength or some people lost their job cause that's not fit with them. In the nutshell, how to pick a right job to earn money??

Working for me was to earn money to feed my family. My family is grown and living lives of their own, My wife and I are retired now, our choice today is not to work, we could, but better to let the younger folks have the income. Our choice today is to enjoy everything that nature has to offer. There is so much we have not seen and wish to experience.

Probably because it is a passion and strength... If I were to work at a restaurant I would apply to be a chef because I am passionate and good at cooking. The money would just be a bonus
