What makes 90's decade better than today?

There were no smartphones, tablets, internet connections were almost none and the life was not as easy as today but some people think that 90s is the best decade. What do you think?

90's still had cable TV and most people were just glued into it. The decades before that were still better. People spent more time together. Very less TV and more people to people interaction

Personally 90 decade was best for me because I established a profitable business in 90 s, bought my personal flat and much more. i could not achieve the same in further 2 decades.

I got my first Internet connection in 1994 and it felt really weird to be able to download a ZIP file of an "e-mail" from a friend. Then I had to figure out how to open it, how to reply, and how to keep the computer from eating half of the message.
