Eaten raw fish is one of our dish today (Kinilaw dish)

My visitors love this kind of dish we called that here in the Philippines Kinilaw dish. A type of raw cleaned and sliced fish (any) to make a kinilaw, Fish mixed with the union bulbs, ripe tomatoes, ginger, calamanse or lemon fruit juice, add some seasoning for a taste, and vinegar. A simple kinilaw is ready to serve. Yummy food to taste. How about you,did you experience eating kinilaw or a raw fish with spicy?

@jstory07, Yes, thank you,friend, many dish we can cook in a fish, grilled, boiled, fried, salted, and a dried, any of this is a good to taste too, it depends on how you prepare to cook for it.
