@freelancermariagrace it's probably windows 10 if it's the latest, people have reported hanging, windows 10 also updates automatically.

Do you shut down your laptop everyday after you're done or leave it on? Did you try restarting?
To answer your question- when someone calls me and I'm unable to attend the phone and they keep calling again and again until I pick the phone only to find out that they had called just to check how things are at my end

@freelancermariagrace haha yeah I understand that but when I'm doing something important and unable to attend the call, I wonder why they can't understand that I'll call them back when I get s chance instead of repeating the call over and over again!

Uff, it's too frustrating. In your case you can send to check it, it may have been infected with a network virus. That destroys the software.
