Do you like beef stir fry?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up again with a good weather. Sunny and cool air. Summer is really here in our place.
Today, I would like to prepare a simple dish. A beef stir fry. Beef is thinly sliced and cuts into strips or squared type. I marinate it with soya sauce for 30mins while I fry the broccoli with garlic,onions and bell peppers. Then, fry the beef and combine them with a little soy sauce from the marination. Sprinkle little black pepper
What do you think my dear mylotters? Do you like beef stir fry?

@m_audrey6788 yes, that is one of my easy to do meal if I am busy. I always have some chicken, beef or pork in the fridge that I can stir fry

@m_audrey6788 Yes, there are canned beef in some supermarkets and they are delicious for stir fry.

@Spontaneo I will also marinate the beef for 30 minutes with soy sauce and while waiting for the marination I`ll fry the garlic, onion, broccoli and bell pepper. Then combine it together. sprinkle little pepper

@m_audrey6788 I did make one a few weeks ago. We don't buy beef often as there's not a lot being sold here and it's kind of expensive.
