I think I will have frozen lasagna for dinner tonight. I just listened to an internet radio show that featured three of my tunes. I think I will take another swim before it gets dark. It's still in the 80s F here. Then I will slow down. What did you have for dinner tonight?

If you care to know our lunch for today is beef brisket soup with fresh white corn kernels and pepper leaves.This is a unique dish that my mother invented.

@JudyEv I'm not sure, but I'd guess about fifty. It's a nice quiet place in a decent neighborhood. Most of my neighbors are Indian (from India) and have children. They tend to be quiet and quite nice if you reach out to them.

I just warmed in oil a couple of boiled potatoes and that was all. I did not have appetite to eat something else.

I had that Stouffer's meat lovers lasagna for dinner a couple of night ago! It was good, but a little bland for my tastes (as frozen meals usually are). Tonight I made homemade beef stew. Made enough where I'd have leftovers to eat again tomorrow.

@Deepizzaguy It's not as good as what I get at the authentic local Mexican restaurants. But sometimes I just have a Taco bell craving, and nothing else will do.

I fixed chicken tenders, boxed macaroni and cheese, cottage cheese, and cold sliced beets. I passed on the mac and cheese. Hubby and Little Miss don't mind eating it so why not make it and save myself some time and effort!!
It has been cooler in the evenings here. Temps are usually around 60 in the evening. Sometimes we get the humidity and it stays in the 70's. We have no pool to go cool off in though. Sucks.

We take lasagna mostly during visiting restaurant and its very delicious one. We took regular food in dinner which is call khichdi.

@TheHorse Khichdi is made from rice and done in cooker with some ingredients added and wait for 3-4 whitsle and its great with curry.
