How can I not be so nervous when making speeches?

well, i guess you should ask God for help.. confidence and courage may be your weapon against nervousness. Just always think that you can do it!

Well, don't make eye contact with the people in the crowd. I always looked at their eyebrows or foreheads lol. And scan the crowd, don't focus on one person too long, I always found that made me uncomfortable when I did that. Or, do as Mike Brady told Marcia Brady, just imagine everyone in their underwear....
