I was not hungry this evening so I cut up some of the chard I had cooked in the morning and mixed it was thick cream. Just a bit of salt and pepper and some grated cheese.
If I´m hungry later, I will make me a taco or a quesadilla. I discovered that I had tortillas in the fridge.
What are you having for dinner?

I have forgotten the salmon. Last night I left a pork chop to thaw.

So that leafy vegetable is the chard. We call that Pechay from the Chinese influence.

@marguicha yes, it is a cheap leafy vegetable. We include it in boiled beef soup.

@Alexandoy I eat it as a salad, in omelets, for pancake fillings and as today warm and creamy.

I love chard. It can be cooked in many ways and also served raw when leaves are tender.

It looks good for cooking, if in Indonesia it's like "radish" vegetables and the compilation cooked with noodles tastes very good ...
