Hello Everyone. very good afternoon to all. Time is 2: 43 pm while I started typing this post. Lunch is over. I had a very simple but my favourite meal. Now just watching Tv as well as spending time on myLot.
So coming to the discussion, this picture is the boiled tapioca ( also added salt) I had yesterday evening. This is one my favourite. I like to have it in little mushy consistency.
Also, I love to have it as tapioca curry with simple tempering.
I should have posted this discussion yesterday, but sorry I couldn't. That's why I did it now.
So, have you ever had tapioca? So what do you usually prepare with that?
So, what are you up to? How's your day so far?
How's weather in your place?
Stay safe. Have a great day. Enjoy myLotting.

I have only eaten tapioca as little balls put into a custard. We called it tapioca pudding and I loved it growing up. It's pretty much like rice pudding but with small tapioca balls instead. They also sell a coconut milk with tapioca pudding here in Japan, and of course bubble tea.
