It's been a good morning so far. I thought I was losing my mind as things just weren't adding up. I got home from the pool and couldn't find my hairbrush. I tried working on my manuscript and that didn't work out either. I realized I didn't have my ring on my finger and went to get it. I found my hairbrush. I went back to the manuscript and figured out what the problem was and it's all good. So after I post this, I'm going to get the next crucial scene taken care of before I come back to interact. I'm not losing my mind after all. I only misplaced it for about an hour.
Okay, yesterday was a good day for food and fitness even if it was hotter than blazes around here. I'll be calling the office in a little bit to get the A/C cover off. I moved the clock this morning before I left for the pool. Maybe the heat affected my brain this morning. It is only 73 right now. It was 71 when I left for the pool at 4:30 this morning. It's going to be another scorcher today. We don't get a let up until the weekend when we get a cold front that will bring us down to the 80s.
Anyway, here are yesterday's numbers. Yes, I cheated a little bit with a slice of coffeecake danish at church.

I have yet to weigh after our little trip. Before I left I was down 8 lbs. I think I at least held steady. I have found myself picking up snacks here lately, so I have to cut that out for sure. Glad you only lost your mind for one hour!! I've been looking for my hairbrush, curling iron and comb since we got back! Still haven't found it. Will go over the car again. There has to be another bag somewhere!

@just4him You could check onto having an insert made to fit it tighter. I lost a cheap one just doing chores a few weeks ago.

I do, it was in my gym bag. I take it off to swim. When I bought the ring many years ago when the divorce was final, the ring fit and in some cases was tight. With all the weight I've lost, it's gotten very loose. If I wore it swimming it would fall off and I can't dive down to the bottom of the pool to look for it. I've tried. I have too much buoyancy to get to the bottom. I forgot to put it back on my finger when I got out of the pool. Yeah, my brain was missing for a while this morning.

I like your sense of order. You didn't loose your ring you just misplaced your mind temporarily. Do hope my insanity works the same way.

Good Morning Valerie I'm glad you only misplaced your brain for a short period of time this morning. I've misplaced mine for longer periods at times
I indulged a little too much over the weekend but today I'm back on track.
I'm sure you'll be able to reach your goal by your birthday!!

I think a lot of people indulged this past weekend.
Thank you. I hope so.
