I Forget My Phone Charger

Its nothing new to me. I'm always absent minded fellow since my childhood days. Today I left my charger in my office desk and I realise that when I've reached my hostel.
I called my colleague to take the charger and give it to the person who is in charge. Now my charger is safe but I hate this quality in me that I forget important things and left it anywhere! For this forgetful nature I've lost so many things in my childhood. When I was in school (class 1 and 2) everyday I've lost a pencil, there was no day when I bought back my pencil after my school end.
I don't want to be a forgetful person but unfortunately I'm!
Hope no one of you have this bad quality.

Sometimes it helps to set reminders or timers on your phone. Something that will go off when you are about to end your work day and can remind you to bring back the things you need. I can be forgetful as well, and the older I get the worse it gets!

I am more forgetful as I get older; but I'm usually pretty good about my possessions.

You're not alone @shohana, I always forget where I put the key.
I have an experience, once after landed from the one hour flight from Jakarta (my capital city) and got home in my hometown, I found out that my room key was left, left in another city 205 miles away, then I called the repairman to open the door

My daughter was always leaving things behind. She even still forgets to charge her phone and when we have a video chat appointment she apologizes for being late because she had to get her charger. I almost never leave things behind but I often lose things that are right next to me (pencils, glasses, notebooks).
