Finally got to payout in another site

Japan

I joined another site maybe last summer, and during summer break I determinedly got to the payout of 10 dollars. It was a big pain (I don't like surveys, especially when I have to take them all in Japanese, and most of the subjects I'm not interested in) so I just went there a bit during the last year and poked around, getting a few cents every time. I actually forgot about it for several months. Most people I know who are not from an English-speaking country have said they get less for each task than those in the US, Canada, Great Britain, Australia and NZ. I didn't realize that, but upon comparison with those people I realized this group is not great for people in other countries. Japanese apps for me are working pretty well, and I've honed them down to the few that are easy (i.e. more than .01 yen for a task). I decided it was a big waste of my time so I would get to payout and then stop doing it. So today, got to 10 dollars, now I can relax and forget it. Yay! My time is precious. I would much rather spend it talking to people here. I would much rather spend it studying, reading, bicycling, etc. than poking buttons online! My mind is precious too, and I don't want it to be polluted by some places that have questionable ads and interests. How do you budget your time and energy, online and in the world?

I spent more time in sites or something/somewhere that could help me grow as a person or where I could LEARN something good/new regardless of financial gain.

Exactly. I also love learning and I need to spend more time doing that.

that' s my point too. Why waste your whole day with that site if it can only pay you a cent? I stick only with Mylot because here, it is a small community who knows almost everyone. there are so many earning sites though but Mylot is different

@petatonicsca that is why I am choosy with the sites that I join. I have wasted time in surveys already.

Yes, it wasn't all lost. And I learned not to waste my time.

I am only in mylot and neobux (where I play games when I want to). At mylot I am earning around $15 a month. But I´m not really interested in the money (that I save for vacations). The friends are the important part of ot all.

I'm so glad you're here. It's great having a friend in Chile. (Well, actually I have a real-life Japanese friend who lives in Chile with her husband, too.)

Well, there are days that I don't use the internet..

Usually there are many days I'm not on much when I'm teaching in real life instead of on line.

Congratulations for your payout. You are lucky to earn from surveys, our country not even allowed to perform surveys, reason unknown to me

You're not missing much. I'm not in the desired group of people so as soon as it asks for my age I am usually disqualified.

@petatonicsca well so many people have privacy concern and they don't like to share personal information like age, family and relationship status
• Japan

@SHOHANA That too. They ask many things that I think are none of their business.

I do online writing assignments so depending on how many assignments I have my money always goes up or down. I also enjoy getting the money from sites like this but the most fun is interacting with everyone online

myLot is it for me. I'm retired, but stick to a schedule so I can take care of exercise, cleaning, laundry, cooking and myLot. Every so often, like today, something unusual happens to throw me off schedule, but I'm good with it.
