The universe is so vast it consists of trillions of planets and billions of galaxies. From this vast universe, does life only exist on earth? is there no other life in this universe apart from life on earth?

I believe that God is too creative to be limited to making life on one planet only, but I have no proof that there is life anywhere else (except spiritual beings like angels that don't need a planet).
