Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 74 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. I am up early for a 6 am training session at the gym. I am meeting my dad and my sister there. Family fun time. No big plans for the day aside from that. I might try a new recipe for lunch. It is called "Fancy Sandwiches" which makes me laugh. What's everyone else up to today?

I only walked and cooked today. More cooking to come. I'm wondering what your fancy sandwiches are. lol

Bread with a cream cheese layer (with chopped radish greens mixed in) and covered with thinly sliced radishes. Then you cut the crusts off.

Same as every other day, very mundane but I don't mind. Anything to keep from getting sick. We finally had some rain in the night. I was out like a light, I didn't hear it but everything is wet. If it was a thunderstorm then I slept right through it. More storms due today and through the weekend which may come and may not. No wonder they call them "sporadic" and "scattered" etc. My cat made a big deal about waking me up this morning and now she's hiding somewhere LOL. I got up early and gave her breakfast. Then I tried to go back to bed and she wasn't having it. So I THOUGHT she wanted my company. Nope, she just wanted control! Little stinker.
