Good act, good habit, good character
Besides the konowledge and science we should teach our kids with a good character. Good character is started from good habit, and the good habit is started from good act. So, dont be bored to always motivate and give an example of good act to our kids in this world. As the picture we know that the children helps the older to cross the way. Im sure this good character strarting from simple good act too, then becomes a habit.

In the olden times we have the subject Good Manners and Right Conduct in grade school. But now all those character building depends on the parents.

Oo. Really.. it is very good subject 
. Yes nowdays people think that good character can be studied by themselves. But in fact, it is difficult to get the learning, except meet the good people and *yes like what you say*, the parents wants and support to do that too

@HannahKusKus in the olden days manners was very important for a child. But now, what do we have? Kids know how to curse... because our president curses on live tv.

Yes.. i agree with you. The parents should give an example about the good behaviour. Besides, the teacher also should remind about it. You must be grateful for the good kids you have

Yes.. @DianneN. I absolutely think about that. The characters buliding more effective by example. Besides the parents at home, it should be taught at school also.
