I prefer the air conditioning or a fan on me. Too much heat and I feel too faint.

@amitkokiladitya I exercise in my bedroom, my vent is under my bed and so I do not get direct air flow from it.

I am sorry that you experience this when exercising in an air conditioned room. Personally I have never experienced the issues you describe, but maybe I've not been in a climate that requires very heavily air conditioning, only mild air conditioning to keep rooms cool.

I do exercise in an air conditioned room. I sometimes turn on the ceiling fan too.

I've never heard of getting a headache like that before, I'm sorry that happens to you. I have to have the AC on or a fan, it gets too hot otherwise. or immediately jump in a cold shower when I'm done.

@amitkokiladitya In the winter I probably won't have the A/C on....but in this heat definitely.
and I can only drink water if it is ice cold.
