Snow in a Country Without Snow

I wish it happend also here in my country,coz we are a tropical country too

We have snow in Papua mate, eternal snow. Jayawijaya mount

I visited Sumatra and it seemed to have a tropical climate. I am so surprised that ice pellets appeared. I live in the United Kingdom in the part which is called England. I used to live in Kent and it snowed most winters there. Now I live three miles from the sea in the South West of the UK it rarely snows here. If it does does snow then it soon melts.

What you're showing here is called white frost or hoar frost. These are not snowflakes.
