Grilled beef in the making

Hi everyone! How are you? I am now waiting for my beef is cooked. I got beef from our muslim festival yesterday and i decided to make some grilled beef. I have been craving for these for so long and now i finally got a chance to cook and make by myself. The seasoning is super simple. I used herbs and spices such as coriander, hazelnut, pepper, onion, ginger, and galangal and brown sugar. You mash all the spices and then add oil, dont forget to marinate the beef. Mm, looks very delicious! Spices sounds good to marinate with...what's galangal? You got to feed the crave. I had a craving for stew and pit roast. I satisfied them from our neighborhood store plate lunches. I'm going to eat a bowl of cereal for dinner this evening. Lazy to cook tonight.

I think galangal is one of indonesian herbs or spices. We usually use it to make our seasonings. Yes u got a very simple menu for dinner. Enjoy it

Enjoy your meal. Since I am a vegetarian, I go for grilled veggies and paneer ( cottage cheese) I like grilled pineapple a lot. My husband is exceptionally good with grilling and makes a variety.

Sounds so good, though I am not familiar with galangal. I had potatoes, beets, and beans from the garden. And a turkey burger. (a premade party from the store)
