I was chatting today with my aunt and friend in middle east and they said about the bad news happened in Lebanon.I was in this place 7 years back.Due to curiosity i went to youtube and watch.It is an explosion in the city and there are numbers of people died and thousand injured including some filipinos.They were saying the cause of explosion is from the ammonium nitrate which is stored in the warehouse. I know this element they used as fertilizer but about it's reaction when mix to fuel, i am ignorant about. Any one can share about it mylotters?

What I wondered was why an object with a powerful explosion was placed close to the fireworks.

Ammonium is highly explosive.A similar but less severe incident also happened in Texas a few years ago
