I dont know of any place, I know have had to pay out of pocket up to $150... If its for your employer, they might do it for you...

hmmmm that ones tricky, but I know of software that offers discount services as I have used it in the past. net detective works wonders, but in order to utilize these services buy it, dont download a pirate copy.

there might not be any method to do something like that in india, nothing is centralised here.

The police station I think would be cheaper but maybe not for free. I think for nationwide you must go to an agency. I have done a local police station one for maybe 3-5 dollars. Through an agency I think it is 20.00. State police do a statewide check I forget what the local PD does.
