Is no-face-shield-no-ride policy justifiable?

The Department of Transportation in our country will be imposing the new policy to the riding public.
No face shield no ride policy will take effect on the 15th of August requiring the public who commute or travel by land or by sea.
Aside from the mask, the face shield is also to be worn.

Could be... but the problem even with one if people are incorrectlg wearing them then could be the source of spreading the virus also.

Using face shield for a long time somehow really tired and make me feel headache. I use fabric mask daily, I think I will use face mask if i need go to public place like airport
