Surgery Successful - I'm Home

As on Monday, I'm having a bit of trouble seeing right now. So, I won't be staying on the computer. This means I won't be doing any work on Vendetta today or much of anything while my eye gets better able to see. I know I won't be wearing my glasses anymore. I have a full eye exam on the 25th to determine what I will need for glasses. As the right eye heals, I don't think I'll be wearing glasses again to work on the computer. I know before I left this morning, I could see out it perfectly. If the right is anything like the left, I should be able to see almost perfect tomorrow and perfect the following day. I did what I could this morning with the notifications before I left. Now, it's time to get away from the computer and give my eyes the rest they need. I thought I would let you know it went well. Thanks for reading. I'll be back when I can. I will say, I got all my steps before I left for the surgery center and only missed one hourly step, so all is good. I'm also finishing eating. I had my usual breakfast and I'm working on a nice lettuce salad. I will have all the numbers tomorrow for my food and fitness. How is your day? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me. Thank you. I am. It's better today, but it will be a couple of days yet before all the cloudiness is gone. It feels strange not wearing glasses.

Yes, he said I'll be wearing glasses due to my astigmatism, so it will be more than just reading. They'll also be bifocals. At least they'll only be one pair.

@just4him I had Cataract surgery on both eyes in Jan of 2018 and i was terrified, but found that it wasn't bad at all.

That was Mother's Day two years ago. It's one of my favorite pictures of him. Thank you. Rest? What's that? Thank you. I'm glad it's done too. Now onto what I hope will be the next surgery - knee replacement. I need it bad for both knees.

It’s good that your surgery went well. Before I had cataract surgery I wore thick glasses but now I wear thin glasses. I actually wouldn’t have to wear any at all but glasses sharpens my sight just a bit. I’m

I am so happy that your surgery is over. You seem to be doing well now that you are home now. I hope that you choose a lovely pair of new glasses. A few weeks ago I bought a new pair of glasses.

I'll see what I can do. I'll either get them from the eye clinic, if they take my insurance, or I'll buy them online as I did the last two times.

Glad that things went well for you. Most people I know that have had that surgery don't need glasses like before their surgery. Hope you get good rest. Glad you got your steps in.

I'll still need them because I have astigmatism. Right now, it's hard to believe I'll need them. As they heal, I'm seeing better than I've ever seen before.

@just4him I know that when I had glaucoma surgery I had to use the computer only a few hours a day for a few days, not many.

Thank you. Now, I wait until the 25th for the eye exam. I wish I didn't need to wait so long. However, I know it will take that long for the eyes to heal. I need patience.
