Eating an egg daily

Eggs are a healthy source of animal protein. In addition, it is easy to process unlike other food ingredients. That's the reason eggs are widely chosen as a breakfast menu, because they are practical and easy to cook. Adding eggs as a diet is recommended, because eating the yolk can help reduce the risk of stroke, cancer, and heart disease. Eggs contain vitamin D, vitamin B, and selenium which both meet the body's daily nutritional intake. There is no research that states whether eating eggs every day is considered risky. So it is not a big problem if you an eat egg daily.

Some doctors I know said that the egg is a complete meal. But I limit my eating of egg to twice a week only. It has cholesterol.

Excessive egg consumption can lead to lead to elevated cholesterol levels, but one egg a day is fine.

The yolk of the egg is high in cholesterol. Someone who already has high cholesterol can't always eat eggs.

Despite anything I have read, I think eggs are really nutritional, and I LOVE eggs. I will eat them no matter what anyone says.

@nawala123 Since I do not eat breakfast, I eat them in spurts. But even scrambled eggs for dinner is delicious.

Eating daily 2 chicken eggs ( one in the morning and one in the evening ) is very healthy. It contains proteins, vitamins and all essential minerals.
