Lie on the edge of the bed: you'll soon drop off! (That was advice once given to my little daughter by an exasperated baby-sitter!)
Seriously, though, worrying about your insomnia is one of the biggest factors. Once you begin to accept that you are not going to sleep and find something to occupy yourself, you may find that you will feel more relaxed.
