I can call myself a pro when it comes to ignoring people, specifically if they caused me so much pain. An ex sent a text message just a few days ago and ignored it. There's no point in texting back, right? I am quite happy with my life right now and I won't allow anyone to disturb my peace anymore.
Anyway, how are you today, guys? Any news?

Sometimes, I feel guilty about doing this, but I have to. I am sure you'd learn it when you get tired of people hurting you over and over again.

@freelancermariagrace haha I meant nice when you are being yourself and not irked by someone. Definitely when someone causes us pain, it can't be love but only ego and exploitation and such people don't deserve nice! They'll definitely learn their lesson sooner or later. But by the time it'll be too late and I guess that's what has happened in your case.

Good for you, he probably only hates that you moved on and most men can't stand that.

Good for you for ignoring the text! So many people think that they have to respond, when really they don't.

You do not have to reply to your ex if you do not want to or if it causes you stress or pain.

Same here. I tend to ignore anyone who make me disappointed. Of course that is only for the case where I think they are good to me at first but it turns out they only care about themselves. I think the most effective way to keep happy is to ignore everything that disturbs me.

Well said. If they are starting to disturb my peace, then it is time to cut them off.

I have change my eating habit since the prescription and diagnose was given.
I think it's okay to do that specially if the person hasn't talk to you for a while.
Sometimes we have to move on and stay with the people who prefer our space.
