Yellow Watermelon

Today in our lunch I had a yellow watermelon. I'm curious when I see it in the ref. I thought it's a papaya. I just learned at lunch that it's a watermelon. It taste the same with red watermelon. The seeds are darker and slightly bigger. Have you ever tried it before?

I have had it before, it's just a variety. It use to be very common before but now most of the watermelons are red.

Yes, yellow watermelon is common in Indonesia. You can choose the red one or the yellow one. For me i prefer the yellow, because I like the colour. The taste just the same.
But its quite difficult to find yellow watermelon in the market. I dont know why.
