@jassmine People would have certain purpose for not eating like aiming to look in shape , such an aim is not to be confused with living healthy. I would definitely not favor eating junk and oily deep fried items but sometime the mass are being manipulated against their staple food items of their regions which is very misguiding. Home cooked food with staple grains and regular diet with some don`ts are enough to keep healthy without serious deprivation of someone`s regular meals.

@parpande Healthy food provides all the nutrients a healthy brain needs, especially essential fatty acids in the right proportion (the brain is mostly made of fat), these are also needed to synthesize cholesterol (the brain has to make its own, as it cannot pass the blood-brain barrier), a molecule essential to brain functioning. I think is a great purpose to keep eating healthy food.
