The YouTube video I am sharing is kind-of lengthy and boring, but very wise. Jordan shares how she plans meals every week for no more than $25.00 each week. Doing this is a part-time job in itself. But, the reward is... saving lots of money. She starts by going through her fridge first, then writing what lurks in it. Second, her freezer. Next, her pantry. She then looks at her total list and creates meals! When she shared her example list for a week, the only item she needed to buy was lettuce! In the past, I have done quite a few pantry challenges. However, her tutorial helps out. Yes, a lengthy video, but worth viewing!
I've taught you HOW to meal plan, but now it's time to show it in action! Here's my ACUTAL meal plan for the week, with just a $25 budget! 4 balanced meals, ...

When the kids were growing up here and I was a stay at home mom, I was a very careful shopper and meal planner. I hope the video helps others.

Although I am an only child, I remember my mother creating dinner with what she had. Lots of homemade pasta and garden salads.
