What are some signs that people are full of themselves?

Here’s an excellent example - my classmate.
I used to dislike her because of her behavior towards the majority of my fellow classmates. When I walked into the classroom one day, one of my classmates said that I look beautiful (I don’t know why - I looked pretty much the same as I look every single day), she snarked and said (very loudly) HAHAHAHAHA.
In other words, she found that funny because apparently, I’m not pretty.
She once told in front of the psychologist that she thinks of herself in the highest possible way.
That she is the prettiest
Smartest
The best
That she has no competition
And that gives her the right to make fun of others. Because SHE thinks that SHE is the prettiest and thus we are all ugly and we are nowhere near when it comes to her beauty. And she brags a lot about her grades, her life in general and how rich she is.
That’s a typical example of a person who is full of herself.
Do have any of your friends or relatives who is full of oneself?

She missed another superlative: the dumbest. Just ignore her, when people like that girl act in such way, it is due to lack of attention. Maybe her parents did not give her as much attention as she needed so she needs to be loud so people turn to look at her. It's so sad!

@jvicentevalera Yes thankfully I don't have to deal with her anymore. I finished my Spanish classes and happy about this.

Well, I think being confident to oneself can bring you places but being Overly confident is another thing.

I don't like such people with such attitude, I mean what's the point of living if humanity is missing and basic etiquettes

it's good to be proud of our looks and all that we possess. But we must never make fun of others on the basis of their looks or their financial condition.

People who are truly proud of their looks and all that they possess in life don't act that way. They don't need to let people know about all that, because they are sure of who they are, in contrast with the ones who have the lack of self-confidence and self-esteem, they need to show others the opposite of what they feel about themselves.

She sounds like she is also the snobbiest! Oh yes, I can think of a few - even my sister in law can be like that. But I think people like that actually have a low self esteem . . . they have to act this way on the outside to make up for what they lack on the inside.

For sure, there are lots of people around everyone of us. Always bragging about themselves and their accomplishments. As if they are the only ones who are better individuals than the rest of us.It's really not nice attitude to look at. It just makes the ambiance worse.I mean, why are they doing that? It is really not needed and is not helping anyone at all. Well, there are also people who does this but to teach people how to be like them. It can be a positive thing as a way to help people earn big like them, have cars like them, and achieve things which they did.

The person I know does not act quite like that openly but the way you described the person you know who does it that way, for some reason I can see the person I was talking about here. She does those things to me and to others in her own ways, btw shes half Japanese and shes into some fanaticism. So it must be because she is actually full of herself.

She certainly has a lot of confidence in herself. But if I were you, I would not take any notice of her.
