How do you handle a bad day?

When I have a bad day, I just go home and cry. I know that is pathetic. Ofcourse I want to be a positive person and not running away from my problems. I want to stand up and be confident, telling myself it's just a bad day, not a bad life. But it's so hard when I hate myself. How do you handle a bad day?

Just cry and vent it out. And regather strength to fight all over again. Always remember no matter how bad the time is it shall definitely pass away

Yes crying is good choice, after finishing we get good feel. I am also follow this, but I took shower too. It give more relief.

You got the right word,it's just a bad day not a bad life. Being alone make us sick,better talk with people around at least your friends online.Or watch funny movies,listen songs or better pray and God will give you strength to overcome your bad days.

What's nice about it is the day is over...then you have the chance to start a new day, fresh. I am sorry you had a bad day. Sometimes the bad days seem to toughen me up a little bit...which is both good and bad. Take care and don't be so hard on yourself. Sometimes the circumstances are out of your control.

I deal with it and make sure that it will turn out to be well before the day ends. You can't just cry about it since you can do something to make it better next time it happens.

I think you do not need to hate yourself. Try to think about what went wrong and start from there. Then, what will you do to resolve your personal problems?

It is good to work on bad feelings and turning them into positive. I watch a movie or go for a walk and that seems to help a little.

I just say it's OK if it has to happen this way but make sure I don't loose myself, I mean if you cry once do you think the other day you will not, the best way is to deal with it and you said right it's just a day I mean just a day not a bad life I am sure practicing such thought you will stop crying and become better in handling at it

Loving yourself is the most important thing you should do. Always keep in mind that you are worthy. You are beautiful. You are smart and you are strong! Don't worry because a day will pass and tomorrow is a new beggining
