the fastest way and best way is still jogging either jogging in place or jogging outside. it's the most effective exercise. you must also have the right attitude and be disciplined enough to jog for at least 10 to 15 minutes every day. you also must have a goal and motivation to do this. while listening to the radio or watching tv, you can jog for a few minutes, just enough to burn some fats at least every day. you can't lose weight in one day. just stick to your goal of losing weight and don't lose hope.

thanks! i never thought i'm going to get a best response for this. anyway, like what i've said, stick to your goal and be determined to jog at least 10 to 15 minutes every day. that's just for 10 to 15 minutes for the start, when you get use to it, add another 10 or 15 minutes. good luck and don't lose hope. thanks again.

Amen sister!!!!!!!!!!! I just had a baby that's one of the problems, but the weight is not coming off. It's so depressing. I have other things going on too. This is the most stressed out I've ever been in my life. That maybe my problem.

I find the best way is eating healthy and exercise. I know some people believe in the weight loss pills, but I believe the natural path is the best. You have to want it and have the drive to keep up the exercise.

I hear you! Losing weight and keeping it off has to be one of the most difficult things to do. Unfortunately, there is no fast and easy way to lose weight. If there were, we would all be thin, wouldn't we? It takes planning and a lot of hard work; following a lower calorie diet plan and increasing calories burned through increased activity and exercise is the only way to lose weight.
If you have problems sticking to a weight-loss plan because of your appetite and feeling hungry, you might want to consider the all-natural supplement Hoodia Gordonii. I have done extensive research on this supplement and am very pleased with the results that I am getting from the brand that I chose to take. Visit my blog about this at:

Good Luck!

i have no sense of balance so yoga wont work for me...ive been walking everyday - usually in the evening becaseu i have trouble walking up early in the morning. i tried to do the Atkins diet but I gave up after only one day. I can't do without crabohydrates. But ive been eating healthier foods - consuming more vegetables and fruits. Also I try to drink at least 2 glasses of milk everyday coz i heard it really helps you lose weight.

dont waste time with diet fads...they may (MAY) work short term but if you have trouble wtih diets to begin with it wont last...Changing eating habits is key and if you are finding that you're not losing wt then try kicking up your intensity in your workouts/exercise..you should do this periodically anyway actually...and dont stick to the same old same old when it comes to workouts..not only are you neglecting parts of your body but your body will adjust accordingly and it wont be so effective after a while and changing thigns around keeps it fun which will keep you interested

I think that making sure that you do alot of walking and exercise and keep drinking water then this should help you greatly! Also self esteem is always great we must first love ourself in order to achieve alot of life's goals. Good luck and don't give up!
