rlakesham I never had to worry about my weight until I turned 30. Or my diabetes either for that matter. I'm gonna try the food journal that's a fantastic idea. Thank you.

rlakesham How fantastic is that? I've started this morning. I'll tell you how it turns out. But I really need to change my life style if I want to keep the weight off I know. I'm gonna use this for the first 10 pounds and try to gradually re work it so it works for me.
